You should clean your piercing 3 times a day with the cleaning solution while rotating your earring and wash your hands each time before touching your piercing. During the healing process, we suggest to not sleep directly on your new piercing and to not go swimming until your piercing is fully healed to avoid irritation or an infection. The healing time for earlobe piercings is 6 - 8 weeks and 4 - 12 months for cartilage piercings. After this period your piercing should be healed and you can start to swap your earrings with other designs. It is recommended for the next 6 months to not go more than 24 hours without an earring in your ear as there is a chance the piercing may close.
